The Fus Subcutaneous Needling Association New York was established on October 1, 2018, coinciding with China’s National Day. The association was founded by Dr. Fu Zhonghua, who invented subcutaneous needling in 1996. With over 22 years of development, Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling has become a revolutionary technique in modern acupuncture, offering rapid, effective treatment with broad applications and no side effects.
From September 29 to 30, 2018, Dr. Fu Zhonghua visited New York at the invitation of the New York State Licensed Acupuncturists Association to conduct a workshop on Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling. The event attracted over 50 licensed acupuncturists practicing in the United States. During the workshop, Dr. Fu used engaging and humorous language to explain the principles and techniques of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling, and demonstrated its application in treating severe pain and complex conditions. The attendees were impressed by the remarkable efficacy and rapid results of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling.
Following the workshop, there was a strong interest among participants in continuing their education on Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling. Dr. Fu proposed the establishment of a dedicated Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling association in the U.S. to further promote and develop this advanced treatment method. After careful preparation, the Fus Subcutaneous Needling Association New York was officially established on October 1, 2018, in New York’s Chinatown.
The establishment of the association received enthusiastic support from Dr. Lin Rongsheng, Vice President of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and Vice President of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies. Dr. Lin praised Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling for its innovative integration of traditional and modern medical concepts and honored the association by being appointed as its advisor.
The Fus Subcutaneous Needling Association New York is dedicated to promoting Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling, providing professional training and treatment services, and aims to educate and benefit more people with this revolutionary acupuncture technique.
